You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details. Customers who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. You agree and undertake to carry a valid identification proof at the time of visiting Next Health Wellness & Medical Centre service/unit for availing services.
